This is our largest press it is fully automated with a robotics part removal system, a 600 pound capacity hopper that will dry up to 150 pounds per hour.

At the press granulation systems provide a efficient nearly waste free work environment. This keeps our material costs down and we in turn can pass this along to our customers as cost savings.
 

Each granulation reduces the runner system from the molded parts to a pellet form, allowing it to be fed back into the process.
